Vernazza - Wioska dla Zakochanych

Malowniczość tej miejscowości jest bezdyskusyjna tak jak całego bajkowego fragmentu Cinque Terre.

Ten niezwykły fragment riwiery liguryjskiej położony jest pomiędzy cyplem Mesco w okolicy Levanto a przylądkiem Montenero przy Portovenere, na którym znajduje się pięć miejscowości Monterosso, Vernazza, Riomaggiore, Corniglia i Manarola.

Piękno docenione zostało gdy w 1997 roku zostały wpisane na listę światowego dziedzictwa kulturalnego i przyrodniczego UNESCO Cinque Terre razem z Portovenere i wyspami Palmaria, Tino i Tinetto.
